Please leave us 2 working days' notice to process your repeat prescriptions.

You can now use the link on this site to get them to us. Just follow the instructions carefully when you do it for the first time. Your details will then be set up for the next time.

You can also hand in repeat prescriptions at our reception, post or fax. 

Chemists will also now deliver to you by prior arrangement which you must arrange yourself with your chosen chemist we do not automatically pass your prescription to them..  

Due to the possibility of errors, we do not accept prescription requests by phone unless under exceptional circumstances.


EPS enables prescribers - such as GPs and practice nurses - to send prescriptions electronically to a dispenser (such as a pharmacy) of your choice. This makes the prescribing and dispensing process more efficient and convenient for patients and staff. More info below or on the EPS website

You must still request your prescription from the surgery.
